- Define and execute the ERP technology vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy in line with the company's business goals.
- Oversee ERP selection, customization, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide executive-level recommendations on technology investments, partnerships, and innovations.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP solutions covering finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, and other business functions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance meet organizational demands.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for ERP enhancements.
- Build and lead a high-performing ERP/IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of ERP technical and functional experts.
- Ensure ERP systems comply with data protection laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain technology governance frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and risk management protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison between the technology team and business leadership.
- Translate complex ERP concepts into business language for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead the exploration, development, and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into ERP systems to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making.
- Identify AI-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and predictive business insights.
- Collaborate with business units to design AI-powered tools, including chatbots, intelligent forecasting, and process optimization models.
- Stay updated on AI trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption.

- Professional ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) are highly desirable
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in ERP program management or ERP leadership roles.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale ERP systems in a complex organization.
- Strong background in ERP integration, data migration, cloud ERP platforms, and business process reengineering.
