- Use market insights and financial data to optimize pricing, manage margins, and run smart promotions that grow volume and value.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and institutional clients. Negotiate deals that benefit both sides.
- Use dashboards, market reports, and customer insights to inform strategy and adjust fast.
- Recruit, coach, and lead a commercial team that delivers. Create a culture of accountability, initiative, and continuous learning.
- Work hand-in-hand with operations, production, and leadership to ensure commercial plans are aligned and executed.
- Evaluate potential for new regions, pack sizes, or value-added egg products.

- You bring 10+ years of experience in sales/marketing in FMCG, food, or agri-business.
- You know the Kenyan market well.
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
