- Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach.
- Build and engage online communities through thoughtful interactions, timely responses, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor conversations and manage brand reputation across channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to align social media with broader digital campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Use insights to refine strategy and improve performance continuously.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in B2B or B2C digital-first industries.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital, social, and cultural trends.
