- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years total experience, including 4-5 years in a similar sales-operations or distribution leadership role within bakery, FMCG, beverages, cold-chain, or QSR distribution
- Proven experience managing large field distribution teams (approx. 100 personnel)
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive discipline, motivation, and accountability
- Proficient in route planning tools, GPS/telematics systems, Excel, and BI dashboards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Plan and optimize daily/weekly delivery routes to maximize coverage, freshness, and on-time performance
- Monitor/manage field KPIs including on-time delivery, route adherence, stock reconciliation, and returns
- Dynamically re-route teams based on demand shifts, traffic, vehicle issues, or stock availability
- Troubleshoot field challenges including breakdowns, customer escalations, route conflicts, and stock variances
- Coordinate with production, warehousing, and distribution to align loading schedules and dispatch plans
- Implement and improve route optimization systems, GPS/telematics tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage route supervisors and team leaders; conduct regular field audits
- Ensure strict safety, hygiene, and food-safety (FSSC/ISO) compliance during deliveries
