- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
- Coordinate with medical representatives and pharmacy outlets to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring proper branding, positioning, and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain and update promotional materials, digital platforms, and product brochures in line with company branding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, pharmacy outlets, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Track marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and analytics for internal stakeholders.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher qualification is an added advantage
- 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and market research methodologies
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory standards, and healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
