We strive to make every journey comfortable, convenient, secure, and enjoyable.Sales ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives across both B2B and B2C markets, ensuring sales effectiveness for the Plaza Premium Group – Lounge in Nairobi, JKIA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or aviation and a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional relationship management, analytical, and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Drive business growth by expanding both B2B and B2C customer bases.
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate PPG's value proposition.
  • Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to align with market demands.
  • Monitor partner performance and uncover opportunities for increased collaboration and growth.
Sales Operations & Discipline
  • Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to account management, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Ensure up-to-date client account records and adherence to established sales processes.
  • Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, IT, legal, and finance to meet client requirements.
  • Provide strategic support to local and global sales teams as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism & Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in hospitality or aviation is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
