- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Drive business growth by expanding both B2B and B2C customer bases.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies.
- Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate PPG's value proposition.
- Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to align with market demands.
- Monitor partner performance and uncover opportunities for increased collaboration and growth.
- Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to account management, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
- Ensure up-to-date client account records and adherence to established sales processes.
- Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, IT, legal, and finance to meet client requirements.
- Provide strategic support to local and global sales teams as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism & Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Background in hospitality or aviation is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
