- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plan.
- Meet individual weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand the market landscape and identify growth opportunities and new customer prospects.
- Build relationships for new accounts.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Offer after-sales support services.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to solve client problems.
- Act as a key market intelligence resource and report on relevant developments in the market.
- Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Provide monthly/regular sales report.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable (Solar) Energy from a recognized college.
- EPRA T3 certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years' experience selling solar power solutions.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
