  • As Food and Beverage Manager you will be up to date with international trends & standards; ability to identify, develop, & implement measures to improve the efficiencywhile mentoring your team.
  • Full P&L reporting responsibilities & strategic planning.
  • Reporting to the property GM as HOD.
What we're looking for:
  • F&B Management experience within branded hotel groups
  • African location experience beneficial
  • Travelling single status only
