- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records (both physical and digital).
- Support employee relations activities and internal communication efforts.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, staff welfare activities, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. CHRP-K will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
- A proactive and self-driven individual with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for people.
