The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage sections, provide exceptional customer service, manage and train staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure budget compliance. This position involves creating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.Qualifications

Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
Customer Service skills
Training experience for staff development
Budgeting skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
