  • Monitor the university pool and aquatic facilities to ensure safety at all times.
  • Administer first aid, CPR, and other emergency care as required
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents or unsafe behaviour.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and surroundings
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and safety checks
  • Educate students and staff on water safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications and skills
  • Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid from a recognized institution.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues

CounsellorKey Responsibilities
  • Provide Academic and Career Guidance , Assist university students in choosing courses, managing academic challenges, and planning career paths.
  • Offer Personal and Social Counseling , Support students with personal issues, stress, anxiety, and social integration within the campus environment.
  • Conduct Group Workshops and Seminars , Organize programs on study skills, time management, mental health awareness, and leadership development.
  • Conflict Resolution and Mediation , Facilitate resolution of conflicts among students, or between students and faculty, promoting a positive campus climate.
  • Maintain Confidential Records , Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, interventions, and follow-ups.
