- Assisting in receiving, verifying and processing imprest application, imprest surrenders, expenditure claims, office memos, supplier invoices and payment documentation in the line with the finance po

- Supporting reconciliation of supplier statements ,follow up on outstanding imprest and filing/payment documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting
- 2-3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related roles
- Must be a member of a recognized accounting body (e.g., ICPAK - Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, or equivalent).
- Monitor the university pool and aquatic facilities to ensure safety at all times.
- Administer first aid, CPR, and other emergency care as required
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents or unsafe behaviour.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and surroundings
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and safety checks
- Educate students and staff on water safety and emergency procedures.
- Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid from a recognized institution.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues
- Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in pool or aquatic safety.
- Membership in a recognized professional body for lifeguards or aquatic safety.
- Provide Academic and Career Guidance , Assist university students in choosing courses, managing academic challenges, and planning career paths.
- Offer Personal and Social Counseling , Support students with personal issues, stress, anxiety, and social integration within the campus environment.
- Conduct Group Workshops and Seminars , Organize programs on study skills, time management, mental health awareness, and leadership development.
- Conflict Resolution and Mediation , Facilitate resolution of conflicts among students, or between students and faculty, promoting a positive campus climate.
- Maintain Confidential Records , Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, interventions, and follow-ups.

- Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to build trust, show empathy, and provide guidance to students from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student counseling, guidance, or a related educational support role.
- Certification in counseling or guidance from a recognized institute or professional body.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating student welfare and development programs
- Support the management of student discipline in accordance with university regulations.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to student leaders, clubs, and associations.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Dean of Students.
- Liaise with academic departments, security, and external stakeholders on student-related matters.
- Participate in counselling, mentorship, and career guidance initiatives
- Master's degree in Education, Counselling Psychology, Student Affairs, or a related field from a recognized institution.
