- Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external customer support
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and availability
- Prepare quotations and respond to technical customer requests
- Manage complete order processing from receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Maintain customer data and prepare sales reports
- Ensure accurate and timely quote processing (within 24 hours)
- Provide daily support to account managers, distributors, direct customers, and service technicians
- Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities
- Oversee daily office operations
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales support or customer service
- Commitment to delivering excellent service to customers and distributors
- Business development awareness in a growing organization
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Experienced with SAP and MS Office
