- Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across various industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of ERP and software solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business processes and challenges
- Provide post-sales follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred
- Background in manufacturing or industrial solutions will be an added advantage
- Strong consultative selling and solution-mapping capability
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven ability to build long-term client partnerships
- Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and senior executives
- Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Data-driven approach to sales planning and execution
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- High level of professionalism and integrity
