We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our [Branch Location] branch. The successful candidate will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, drive loan portfolio growth, ensure compliance with lending policies, and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch staff to achieve business goals and targets.
Drive loan portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Conduct business development activities to attract and retain clients.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff.
Safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in microfinance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
Proven track record in loan portfolio management and business development.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory compliance.
