
Shopify E-commerce & Marketing Specialist

- Update and maintain product detail pages (PDPs), including ingredients, descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Conduct regular audits on product and SKU performance, as well as website analytics.
- Support the setup and management of discount codes, free gifts, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with development teams for website updates, landing pages, and app integrations.
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Subscription).
- Maintain clean audience lists and manage segmentation strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance: engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Create reusable templates and content for ongoing promotions and rebranding efforts.
- Develop content for email, SMS, and social media that aligns with brand tone and guidelines.
- Create and manage content calendars; work closely with designers to develop branded assets.
- Coordinate rollouts for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, including campaign assets and strategy.
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports across platforms (Shopify, email, social media).
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
- Support rebranding efforts with structured rollouts across channels (email, SMS, social).
- Manage marketing timelines using tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Research influencer platforms and outreach opportunities.
- Develop lead generation strategies that align with broader e-commerce goals.
- Support influencer partnerships with tailored proposals and strategy input.
- Schedule and facilitate internal and external marketing meetings.
- Document meeting notes and maintain organized marketing files and SOPs.
- Provide admin support for platform integrations, accounts, and marketing initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing (Shopify preferred)
- Strong experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and performance dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
