- Support the marketing manager in managing assigned cybersecurity and software vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with vendor marketing and sales teams for campaign updates, asset approvals, and activity planning.
- Assist in preparing marketing calendars and progress reports.
- Assist in executing digital, event-based, and partner-led campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop marketing assets like creatives, emails, and social media content.
- Help track campaign performance and compile reports for vendors.
- Work with the marketing manager to roll out vendor GTM activities and launch plans.
- Assist in preparing sales enablement material, presentations, and partner toolkits.
- Support partner co-marketing activities including webinars, workshops, and events.
- Help track vendor MDF spend and ensure timely submission of claims and proofs.
- Maintain campaign records and assist in creating ROI summaries.
- Liaise with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Coordinate with the content, digital, and events teams for smooth execution of deliverables.
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Technology-related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or IT distribution. Freshers with relevant internships may apply.
- Tech-savvy: Basic understanding of IT solutions and interest in cybersecurity/software is a plus.
- Creative skills: Ability to contribute to content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media tools, and basic digital marketing platforms.
- Soft skills: Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
