The role bridges business and technology, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems across digital lending, payments, FX, remittances, and digital assets.Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy, operations, and team performance
Manage infrastructure, core systems (LMS, CRM), and cloud environments
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance
Ensure system uptime, SLAs, and business continuity
Deliver end-to-end IT projects (initiation - completion)
Drive digital product development and continuous innovation

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3- 5 years experience in fintech (digital lending, payments, remittances, FX)
Strong knowledge of: Digital product development , Cloud, networks and databases , Loan management systems / CRM, Cybersecurity & data protection
Proven leadership and project delivery track record
High integrity and professionalism
