The ISO Coordinator and Pre-Sales Officer role is responsible for overseeing ISO audit planning, implementation, compliance, and reporting as well as supporting sales efforts through effective pre-sales activities. This hybrid role ensures the company adheres to ISO 9001 and 27001 standards while also assisting the sales team in delivering technical and administrative support during the pre-sales process.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal audit plans (ISO9001, ISO 27001, ODPC Kenya compliance).
  • Conduct audits across departments to ensure adherence to policies and processes.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings, non-conformities, and recommendations.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions through closure.
  • Support readiness for external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending governance and process enhancements.
  • Engage clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop solution designs.
  • Deliver tailored demos and technical presentations.
  • Support proposals, RFPs, and bid documents with technical and functional inputs.
  • Ensure solution compliance with ISO standards and ODPC regulations.
  • Build strong client relationships by advising on efficiency, compliance, and risk reduction
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Degree or Diploma in Quality Management Systems or a related field.
  • Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:27001 Auditor) is an advantage.
  • Must have: Documentation and process audit oriented.
  • Experience in IT and document management solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO internal auditing (ISO 9001, 27001) and Kenya Data Protection Act / ODPC requirements.
  • Years of work experience: 0-3 years.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, proposal writing, and client engagement is an added advantage
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capability for mapping client requirements to compliant solution design and identifying audit gaps.
  • Proven ability to operate across commercial, technical, and compliance domains with credibility
