The Risk Control Officer ensures robust risk management for trading strategies by establishing risk parameters, monitoring alerts, and developing SOPs to mitigate trading and operational risks.Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce risk control parameters for trading strategies, including fiat

crypto, cryptocrypto trading, forex trading. * Be responsible for risk exposure control and trading fund loss, monitor trading activity and take necessary risk control measures.

Develop and maintain risk control management SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-BU teams (Trading, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure effective risk mitigation.
Analyze risk exposure in trading activities, including identifying, assessing, and reporting potential risks to mitigate financial losses.
Monitor liquidity indicators to ensure adequate market conditions for trading and alert on any liquidity risks or anomalies.
Provide timely reports and recommendations to management regarding trading risks and potential improvements.
Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reviews related to risk management.
Contribute to building a robust international risk control framework across multiple Jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in risk management within top crypto exchanges, financial institutions, or banking systems.
Proven track record of effective risk control performance in previous roles.
Strong knowledge of risk modeling and control systems.
Ability to design SOPs and respond to real-time alerts.
High tolerance for working under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across jurisdictions.
