HR OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Oversee HRIS with accuracy and timeliness
- Drive policy implementation and HR compliance audits
- Lead succession planning, workforce planning & leadership programs Design L&D strategies and performance management frameworks
- Identify high-potential talent and support career growth
- Launch and sustain engagement and recognition programs
- Analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement in workplace culture
- Act as liaison with employee representative bodies (e.g., unions), ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Resolve grievances and conduct workplace investigations
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin or related field
- HR Certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
- Deep understanding of employment law
