  • Our client is seeking skilled Machine Operators with an engineering background to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Candidates must have a degree in engineering and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in the production line.
  • Ensure machines are properly set up, calibrated, and maintained for efficient operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
  • Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Record production data, machine performance, and report any malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and technical teams to improve machine performance.
  • Ensure all materials and components are loaded and available for production.
  • Participate in machine testing, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in machine operation or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to read mechanical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
