Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Manage, motivate, and lead a sales team to deliver consistent results
- Set individual targets and KPIs for team members
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and effective route planning
- Deliver structured sales training programs
- Coach team members on selling skills, product knowledge, and negotiation
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans
- Act as a Trainer, upgrading the team's overall effectiveness
- Interview, shortlist, and select sales executives
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires
- Build a strong, capable sales team aligned with company culture
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track target achievement, incentives, and team performance
- 5 years of demonstrated team leadership/management exposure
- Strong FMCG sales and distribution knowledge
- Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in training and coaching sales staff
- Target-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Leadership mindset with hands-on field experience
