- Deliver GT sales & distribution targets by region and channel.
- Manage and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks.
- Lead and coach TDRs, reps, and van salesmen to drive execution.
- Secure numeric distribution and speed-to-market for new products.
- Ensure availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and activations in GT.
- Consolidate sales reports, competitor tracking, and market insights.
- Drive timely collections and enforce trade compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years' FMCG sales experience (at least 3 in General Trade).
- Proven distributor & field team management experience.
- Strong negotiation, execution, and market development skills.
