- Product detailed project estimates: materials, equipment, logistics, and contingencies.
- Prepare RFPs, bid packages, and leveling sheets tailored for EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with Edged Infrastructure's engineering and procurement teams to validate scopes and assumptions.
- Engage with regional vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to collect and negotiate quotes.
- Monitor estimate integrity through project lifecycle and adjust based on design changes or scope drift.
- Analyze cost risks and recommend cost-control strategies.
- Maintain EMEA estimator template libraries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, data capture, forecasting, and benchmarking initiatives.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or Related Field
- 10+ years in project estimating for infrastructure, energy, civil engineering, construction, or related field in the EMEA region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERPs and estimating software
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, currency fluctuations, labor rates, and logistics
- Fluent in English, additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence diverse audiences
