- Develop project concept papers to the National Treasury for inclusion in bilateral agreements.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with Samsung C&T's strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong networks with government agencies, development partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and support bid preparation processes to secure new projects.
- Participate in contract negotiations and facilitate contract signing with government agencies.
- Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team of project staff.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants during project execution.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, forums, and international engagements.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or public-private partnership projects.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) may be an added advantage.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environment is desirable.
- Experience working with government and government agencies is required
- Proven experience in business development, stakeholder engagement and government liaison.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Diploma or certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP).
- Experience working across cultures and international environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel for project-related engagements.
