- Provide overall leadership and direction for facility management across the campus.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, renovation plans, and long-term facility improvement strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee facility-related budgets, procurement, and vendor management.
- Manage and motivate teams, including janitorial, security, and grounds staff, to deliver excellence in service.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and implement robust risk management systems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align facility operations with the school's strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in facility management, with leadership responsibilities (experience in schools or institutions preferred).
- Strong expertise in building systems, compliance regulations, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and projects effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in facility operations.
