- Coordinate utilization of contracted air capacity guided by planned shipment bookings, in liaison with the Booking, Line Flights, OKAM, and Documentation teams.
- Allocate and effectively manage daily manpower allocations, ensuring full productivity.
- Monitor all the operational processes against the SOPs to detect discrepancies and initiate timely corrective action plans.
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, internal teams, customers, airlines, ground handling agents, and the regulatory authorities to guide and resolve queries, ensuring a seamless service delivery experience.

- Ensure all SOPs compliance, data accuracy, high productivity, timely reporting, and a seamless customer experience. Also supports cool chain integrity, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify any related gaps and the areas of the continuous improvement approach.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to ensure all weighing scales are calibrated and checked on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with customer service teams on all client SOP reviews and trainings aligned with internal policies & SOPs.
- Support and coordinate all the planned regulatory and internal trainings.
- Check and maintain quality data accurately and consistently to support traceability and compliance.
- Oversee cool-chain procedures proactively and attentively to preserve product integrity throughout the operations chain.
- Ensure cost management principles are applied in all areas.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities flexibly and as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and team spirit.
- Follow up on the industry intelligence leads and keep updated with all the business-required developments.
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply chain management or any related field in cargo handling
- 2+ years in cargo or warehouse intake/logistics
- Additional Training in Cargo Handling Operations, DGR, Cold Chain Management
- Hands-on experience of at least 4 (four) years and above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint®, and others)
- Knowledge in CargoWise is an added advantage.
