  • Design and develop learning programmes, materials, and online courses in accordance with established design models for self-directed or instructor and virtual instructor-led training, multimedia, video, and other learning-related materials.
  • Design engaging learning experiences - focused on motivating and encouraging participants throughout the learning programme.
  • Support the analysis of learning data to adapt strategies throughout programme implementation.
  • Consult with other instructional/learning designers, project partners, or subject matter experts regarding learning strategies, blended design, and business requirements that impact the learning needs and learning solutions initiatives.
  • Conduct analyses of target audience, training requirements, and media requirements.
  • Design training materials and assessments in adherence to brand standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in instructional or learning design, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and behaviour change strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design engaging, outcomes-driven, habit-forming learning journeys across various formats (e.g., self-directed, instructor-led, virtual), incorporating motivation and behavioural science approaches.
  • Experience designing for low-data environments and learners with limited internet access, especially within MSME contexts.
  • Strong self-management and project coordination skills, including working within deadlines, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams.
  • High digital fluency, comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Data-literate, with the ability to interpret learning data and adapt instructional strategies accordingly throughout programme implementation.
  • Skilled in designing learning materials, assessments, and multimedia content that align with brand standards and meet training requirements.
  • Ability to analyze target audiences, training needs, and media requirements to develop tailored and effective learning solutions.
