- Manage the full accounting department operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Handle accounts payable, including verification and payment of vendor invoices.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices to clients.
- Perform bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Generate financial reports and assist management with budget preparation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 3–4 years of proven accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to join immediately.
