- Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching services, and closing contracts while managing client relationships.
- Meet monthly /annual sales obligation as provided in the sales commission agreement.
- Keeping track of market trends and how they impact on sales opportunities.
- Undertake KAM of select key accounts as assigned.
- Monitor sales revenue and margins of the key accounts and payment.
- Creating, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements by maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Attend conferences, training, and industry events around the country.
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly forecasts and updating into the CRM tool.
- Actively attends and participates in team company meeting / assemblies.
- Performs duties or other responsibilities which may be assigned by the management which is outside the specified job scope.
- Degree in Bachelor of Commerce Sales and Marketing or in the relevant technical subject.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Successful track record in a sales B2B and in import or export operations will be an added advantage
- High level of written and verbal English.
- Experience in selling of EHS Services an additional advantage.
