- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to achieve organizational business goals and enhance brand presence across the entire region.
- Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accounts.
- Establish commercial priorities and ensure appropriate business focus through effective planning and appropriate resource allocation across the region.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of required marketing activities to meet the strategic quantitative and qualitative KPIs of the business and where required take corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share across the region.
- Responsible for developing & managing overall marketing objectives across the region.
- Works in close association with commercial teams across the region to deliver local revenue targets.
- Manages the marketing/product team budgets. Ongoing monitoring of all expenses.
- Ensures team cohesion & drives delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables to support the Sales organization across the region.
- Leads & provides guidance to an efficient and high-quality team & promotes synergy and best practice sharing among resources, drives active cross-functional collaboration to ensure success of all marketing / commercial projects & launch excellence.
- Regional Forecasting: To achieve the agreed customer service level by providing accurate product demand forecasts. Ensure that all forecasting assumptions for the region are appropriately documented.
- Provide supervision through regular field visits, observations and measurement of results to include campaign evaluation, key opinion leaders feedback and field intelligence reports.
- Takes initiative to drive standardization of reporting across the various portfolios & oversees marketing excellence across the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- MBA or advanced degree is a required.
- Minimum 10 + years within marketing environment, strong exposure to market research and business analytics.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing Management position with demonstrable line management experience, to be able to provide coaching to experienced product managers.
- Solid understanding key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
