- This consultancy will lead the development of HelpAge’s Capacity Sharing Strategy, working closely with a cross-functional internal working group and network representatives.
- The assignment will generate a clear, high-quality, gender-responsive, age- and disability-inclusive strategy that sets out HelpAge’s approach to capacity sharing across its global network, aligned with the organisation’s Theory of Change, organisational strategy, and impact vehicles.
- The ideal consultant or firm will bring strong experience in strategy development within the NGO or humanitarian/development sector, with proven expertise in organisational strengthening, network-based models, adult learning, and participatory and qualitative methodologies.
- Familiarity with localisation commitments, human rights-based approaches, and gender, age, and disability inclusion is essential, alongside strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Previous experience supporting or developing capacity strengthening or capacity sharing strategies will be a strong asset.
- Technical proposal: Demonstrating understanding of the assignment, relevant experience, proposed methodology, and workplan.

- Sample of a similar strategy, project, or consultancy assignment.
