Your work will directly impact bid success, margins, and overall business growth.🧩 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed cost models across sourcing, logistics, and delivery
  • Analyse supplier pricing, market rates, and cost structures
  • Build competitive pricing strategies aligned with tender requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial viability of all submissions
  • Work closely with sourcing, bid, and logistics teams to align costs and delivery
  • Support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and margin optimisation
  • Contribute to improving win rates through strategic pricing decisions

🧠 Requirements
  • Experience in pricing, costing, procurement, or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
  • Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and tender environments
  • Experience with UN, NGO, or government tenders (advantage)

  • Develop detailed and accurate cost models covering sourcing, procurement, logistics, and delivery
  • Build competitive pricing structures aligned with tender requirements and commercial objectives
  • Ensure all pricing is financially viable while remaining competitive in global tender environments
  • Apply strategic thinking to balance cost, margin, and win probability
🔹 Tender Pricing & Bid Support
  • Lead pricing inputs for UN, NGO, and government tenders
  • Work closely with bid/proposal teams to ensure pricing aligns with technical and operational responses
  • Support the preparation of complete, submission-ready financial proposals
  • Ensure all pricing components are consistent with tender specifications and evaluation criteria
🔹 Market & Supplier Analysis
  • Analyse supplier quotations, market rates, and cost benchmarks
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and pricing efficiencies
  • Evaluate supplier options to optimise pricing without compromising quality or delivery capability
  • Monitor global market trends impacting procurement, logistics, and supply costs
🔹 Financial Accuracy & Compliance
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in all cost calculations and pricing submissions
  • Validate all assumptions, inputs, and financial data before submission
  • Ensure compliance with tender financial requirements, formats, and documentation standards
  • Maintain clear audit trails and supporting documentation for all pricing decisions
🔹 Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with:
Sourcing & Supplier ManagerTender / Bid SpecialistsLogistics & Delivery teams
  • Align pricing with sourcing strategies, supplier capabilities, and delivery plans
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into a cohesive and accurate cost model
🔹 Risk Assessment & Scenario Planning
  • Conduct cost risk analysis and identify potential financial exposures
  • Develop pricing scenarios based on different sourcing, logistics, and delivery approaches
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on pricing strategies and risk mitigation
🔹 Performance & Optimisation
  • Support improved tender win rates through competitive and strategic pricing
  • Continuously refine pricing models, tools, and methodologies
  • Contribute to building scalable pricing frameworks for high-volume tender execution
🔹 Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain structured pricing templates, cost databases, and historical pricing records
  • Track pricing performance across submitted and awarded tenders
  • Provide insights on margins, cost trends, and pricing effectiveness
