The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, ensuring network stability, and providing technical support to users across the organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain and monitor the organization\’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and support network systems, including connectivity and security.
  • Ensure data security and protection of organizational systems and information.
  • Perform server administration including monitoring and maintenance.
  • Install and configure hardware and software applications.
  • Provide user support and training on IT systems where necessary.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system failures.
  • Perform system backups and data recovery processes.
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in a similar ICT role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration and IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience in server administration and system maintenance.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and backup systems.
  • Strong communication and technical support skills.
