- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training manuals, guides, and learning materials aligned with organizational goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse teams, ensuring clarity, knowledge retention, and practical application.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored programs to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; refine content and delivery based on insights.
- Maintain and update a library of training resources, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives with operational objectives and organizational priorities.
- Coach and mentor employees to apply newly acquired skills effectively in their roles.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate training, learning, or development roles.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to design structured training manuals and learning materials.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; able to engage and motivate adult learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to measure and evaluate training impact and effectiveness.
