Job Description :JOB TITLE: GENERAL CLERKAbout This Job:Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced General Clerk to work in Nairobi, KenyaDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Perform order picking from various customers while following the SLA defined Metrics.· Ensure on time picking and shipping of customers’ orders without errors.· Ensure parts are binned correctly as guided by the operations procedures and in compliance with the client’s standards.· Ensure zero incidences/accidents by always ensuring 100% compliance with the health and safety policies and timely reporting of any incidences/injuries on duty/near misses to the warehouse coordinator· 100% participation in the 5S implementation and sustenance.· 100% compliance with the housekeeping standards and SOPs.· Any other duties assigned as per the SLA.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· At least 2 years’ experience in a warehouse set up· Experience in spare parts management is an added advantage.Skills & Competencies· Diploma in Supply chain management· B+ or above in KCSE· Good verbal and written communication skills· Detail oriented and well organized· Simple mathematical and analytical skills· Critical thinking and ability to learn· Time management skills· Basic computer skills.Interested and qualified applicants should submit their applications through the link below.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Q-SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
