This is a fulltime IN-HOUSE role and the encumberment will be responsible for the
division's sales strategy, developing and building strategic partnerships with various stakeholders within the industry. He/she will also oversee the entire developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • In liaison with Business Manager develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's market position and capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with partners to leverage complementary strengths and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the outdoor sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for the team and hold them accountable for results.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation,creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Utilize market intelligence to develop competitive pricing strategies and positioning in the market.

  • You have strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills
  • You are excellent at problem-solving capacity with demonstrated ability for considerable analysis and sound judgment to find solutions in a complex environment with shifting and competing priorities
  • You possess the following personal attributes: integrity, honesty, ethics and integrity, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are experienced in executive disposition, and demonstrate high levels of business acumen
  • You have the ability to develop long-term integrated and cross-functional operational plans, ability to operationalize strategy into action for the function
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience with 4 years being a manager in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the Manufacturing and Advertising industry.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytic/number-crunching background, particularly with sales and marketing data
  • High level of comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
