We're also on a mission to create meaningful work for as many people as possible.Training SpecialistAs a Training Specialist at CloudFactory, you will contribute to the development and delivery of learning solutions by creating and customizing materials, delivering training sessions, and supporting the maintenance and evaluation of training programs. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure effective learning outcomes and maintain high standards in training delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Assists with Training Needs Analysis and data capture to determine performance gaps and required training content.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to contribute to the development of learning solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and customization of learning materials and resources under the guidance of more senior staff.
  • Deliver routine learning sessions using established materials and resources, adhering to predefined lesson plans and guidelines.
  • Perform a range of learning activities to support the delivery of learning objectives, including the preparation and setup of learning environments.
  • Assist with the administration and evaluation of learning programs, gathering feedback from participants.
  • Maintain training records and update the catalogue of learning and development resources.
  • Prepare routine reports on training activities and outcomes for review by senior staff.
  • Work with colleagues and clients to understand audience needs, creating draft content that meets these requirements clearly and effectively.
  • Apply guidelines and standards to moderate content from others, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Perform routine assessments of knowledge, skill, competency, or behavior using specified methods.
  • Use methods and tools as directed, adhering to established standards and procedures, and support the documentation and maintenance of best practices.
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of the Culture Code in business operational activities.
  • Achieve and maintain 100% attainment of assigned training and ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and InfoSec guidelines.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas, provide constructive feedback, and maintain clear communication with team members and managers.
  • Efficiently manage and complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and pursue opportunities for personal and professional development.
RequirementsKnowledge:

  • Assessment: Competence in conducting routine assessments and providing feedback.
  • Project Management: Skills in managing small-scale projects, including planning, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with gathering, cleaning, and analyzing basic data to support training activities.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Knowledge of organizational policies, security, privacy, and ethical standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in training and development or a related role.
  • Experience in creating and delivering learning materials and sessions.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
