- This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing Personal Banking, Bancassurance & AAML marketing and communications strategies, plans and programs for the bank, to meet the brand and business objectives.
- Lead the business's stakeholder engagements including mapping relevant stakeholder groups, devising engagement methods and advising the business on appropriate marketing strategies based on understanding of internal and external audiences as well as the operating environment to position Marketing as a key contributor to overall Consumer business growth.
- Drive integrated go-to-market campaigns for new products, digital innovations, and business solutions. Partner with product, digital, and frontline teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and deliver on commercial key performance indicators
- They will manage the day-to-day relationship with key marketing agencies (creative, media, experiential etc.) and ensure optimal output in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Work with media, digital, events, and sponsorship teams to drive execution across touchpoints, including branch activations, ATL, BTL, and digital.
- The role-holder will set budgets for marketing Executions and campaigns ensuring optimal investment across different customer touchpoints while driving consistent messaging.
- Manage campaign budgets and agency relationships with commercial discipline. Support junior marketers, interns, or coordinators as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or a professional certificate in a Marketing or Communications specialty is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a financial services institution.
- Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and Brand Health Tracker.
