Financial Controller

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
• Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Utilize financial systems and tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
