- Drive sales of products and services in the assigned territory
- Recruit, manage, and support agents, resellers, and retailers to grow distribution channels
- Execute trade activations, promotions, and roadshows to boost product uptake and brand visibility.
- Conduct territory mapping, route planning, and expansion into new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical practices
- Ensure availability, proper merchandising, and visibility of products in the market.
- Collect customer insights and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Track and manage trade partner performance, ensuring accountability and achievement of sales targets
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales and market reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Diploma in Sales & Marketing with relevant experience will also be considered).
- Proven experience in Sales, Trade Development, or Distribution.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage
- Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
