Maintain accurate and up to date procurement records
Receive , verify and organize procurement invoices
Accurately input invoice details into designated Excel sheets
Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ora related field.
1-2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain (internship experience acceptable).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
High level of integrity and attention to detail. Available Immediately
