The successful candidate will manage relationships with the customers, developing existing and recruiting new customers, across all Kerry end use target markets.Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for all sales efforts as Key Account Manager to assigned customers.
  • Manage key customer relationships that deliver growth targets in revenue, volume and margin.
  • Prioritization and development of strategic accounts, growing Kerry share of business in all priority accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal support functions to deliver timely propositions and solution to customers. Provide effective leadership for initiatives and projects linked to assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all Kerry technologies. Complete commercial agreements with customers in compliance with Kerry guidelines.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets. Monitor any variances and work closely with Finance and Sales support functions to deliver
  • Help operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or food science
  • Strong technical background
  • FMCG experience preferred, having worked in the food IndustryAnalytical
