- Oversee the full lifecycle of all service delivery projects from planning and resource allocation to execution and close-out.
- Ensure all projects meet defined objectives in terms of timelines, cost efficiency, safety standards, and client satisfaction.
- Develop project work plans, monitor progress through KPIs, and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Manage daily operations across all service lines, including borehole drilling, waterproofing, construction, and maintenance.
- Standardize and document operational processes to ensure consistent, efficient service delivery across sites.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules to support uninterrupted operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a multidisciplinary field team; set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide continuous coaching.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build technical and leadership capacity within the operations team.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements in project planning, execution, and reporting to increase effectiveness.
- Establish quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal benchmarks.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients and community partners during project execution.
- Align projects with local needs and social impact goals; lead post-project reviews and impact assessments where applicable.
- Develop, manage, and track operational budgets; ensure effective cost control and resource utilization across projects.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement to ensure timely availability of project inputs and compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO and senior management on project status, risks, budgets, and team performance.
- Contribute to the organization's strategic direction by recommending improvements, innovations, and new service opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations across all service lines.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans for operational, logistical, and community-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil/Water Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing service delivery projects, preferably in engineering, water access, or infrastructure sectors.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, with proven ability to manage field-based teams and deliver results.
- Familiarity with drilling operations, waterproofing techniques, and basic construction methods.
- Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience working on mission-driven or community-centered projects is a strong advantage.
