- Bring Consumer, Customer, Market and Channel insights to drive growth for our customers
- Share knowledge on local value chain insights, competitive insights and outcome of local market research with BI&A team and local stakeholders
- Support the local execution of market research
- Understanding Competition and its impact on our business now and in future
- Participate in Market Growth Roadmap discussions sharing category & consumer data and insights & support Market Plan execution.
- Drive specific market growth initiatives, designing and drive sales plays for execution (include in CRM
- Targeted and personalized product & category online campaigns (digital marketing & account- based marketing) to execute Market Growth priority & generate business lead
- Capture, qualify and nurture leads from these campaigns (online) & trade shows, Product Development Center Visits and Customer Innovation Center workshops.
- Execute marketing activities per the Market Growth Roadmap and market operational plans with customers and Tetra Pak campaigns
- Support Business Development teams to develop new avenues of growth.
- Engage with Global marketing leadership to align priorities as per Market Growth Roadmap to ensure proper activities
- Effectively deploy local promotional investments, manage the budget and ensure compliance
- Contribute to the portfolio deployment strategy & align and agree with portfolio on deployment roadmap with customers (including categories and products)
- Min 2 years of Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company
- Commercially minded with the ability to develop marketing initiatives to drive business results
- Analysis skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into actionable insights and recommendations
- A true team player, with the ability to work effectively with teams and vendors in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment, often with virtual teams
- Confident in presenting to Senior Management
- Structured in approach, strong planning skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili is a mandatory requirement.
