The ideal can- didate should have a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service, with ex- cellent skills in order taking, serving, and guest engagement.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome guests and provide food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and equipment.
Offer menu explanations and suggest wine pairings.
Assist with guest queries and requests efficiently. Maximize revenue through upselling and- maintaining a high standard of service.
Ensure that customers are correctly charged as required, present the bill and take payment from the customer in accordance with the procedures of the hotel.
Comply with health, safety and environmental standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
2 years’ experience in a similar position in a (4/5 star) Hotel.
Commitment to professional values and integrity
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Very good command of written and spoken English.
Able to work flexible hours
