- Builds a strong professional working relationship across all levels within the client organization: establishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor executive client
- Research and understands the Public Sector industry. Deeply understands client business strategies and challenges to develop account penetration strategies and executes them effectively
- Builds and executes Account Plans that include both tactical and strategic initiatives to grow our presence and share in key client accounts
- Develop Value Propositions that meet Client Business needs and converts these propositions into opportunities, thus building pipeline and then actively nurtures and converts into
- wins
- Works with quarterly and annual revenue & margin targets. Uses margin management techniques and actively drives account team management. Drive achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings
- Work collaboratively with various service lines to achieve the above
- Overall customer satisfaction within Client organization Proactively defining, driving and tracking KPIs that drive value for customer.
- Escalation point for Client for any service and commercial issues and shows the potential to manage projects (if required) Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting of status of engagement to internal and external stakeholders. Identify & mitigate risks proactively
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or IT related field. MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 to 15 years in Client facing roles in tech industry
- Commercial/entrepreneurial experience

- Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and appreciate client’s business
- Articulate the fact that IT plays the role as process enabler in business
- Ability to work with teams that carry disparate competencies yet converge to meet targets related to Cost, Quality & Time
