- Lead and develop a team of ~10 hosts, waiters, and night askaris to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely meal service.
- Manage villa guest experiences to maximise satisfaction and prevent service overlaps.
- Plan and execute signature lodge events such as Boma Night and Dinner at the Manyatta.
- Collaborate across departments (Guiding, Housekeeping, Maintenance,
- Security) for seamless service delivery.
- Oversee beverages inventory, villa and bar issuance, and Roof Bar operations.
- Drive continuous improvement through team training and development.
- Support the Lodge Manager with front-of-house and administrative duties as required.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ front-of-house experience in internationally recognised hotels or safari lodges, with at least 3 years in a senior F&B leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage management.
- A genuine passion for service excellence and luxury hospitality.
- An inspiring leader of unimpeachable personal integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
