Our Client is looking for Direct Sales- Bancassurance who will be responsible for selling insurance products directly to bank clients, generating leads, closing sales, and providing after-sales service. Works closely with bank staff to identify customer needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and ensure a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesAs a Bancassurance Sales, your primary responsibility is to achieve the bank’s sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of the clients. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the main point of contact, forging strong and lasting relationships with customers. Your role involves understanding their financial goals and needs, providing expert guidance, and helping them plan for a better tomorrow, so they can enjoy their best lives today.Attending insurance related meetings:
  • Working closely with our branches and agents to provide policies to the clientele.
  • Product Marketing:
  • Preperation of proposals/Product papers.
  • Achieving the assigned target in terms of revenue.
  • Customer Retention and Acquisition:
  • Sending out and follow up of Monthly Renewals.
  • Soliciting for new businesses.
  • Monthly reconciliation to ensure our figures is accurate.
  • Day to day activities of the channel's management for General Business activities.
  • Market and product research analysis. (Customer intelligence & Competitors intelligence) to know what products to improve on.
  • Prepare Admin Fee and follow up to ensure timely remittance.
  • Follow up on outstanding premiums and yet to be renewed policies.
  • Review and act on all documents going to and from the client.
Requirements
  • For the above position, the successful applicant MUST have the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in insurance and Actuarial Science
  • Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Insurance, BCOM (Insurance Option) BSC (Actuarial Science) and Executive Certificate of Proficiency
  • One (1) Year work experience in Bancassurance, General or Life Insurance sales
  • Six (6) Months experience in a customer facing role or relationship Management
