- Strong managerial experience in edible oil or agro-processing factories.
- Prior avocado oil experience preferred; olive oil acceptable.
- Excellent operational, leadership, and coordination skills.

- Lead all factory operations including production, maintenance, procurement, logistics, inventory, and dispatch
- Drive machinery performance, capacity planning, and overall production efficiency
- Oversee production supervisors and technical teams to ensure output, quality, and cost targets are met
- Supervise raw material procurement, stock control, and export coordination
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and international quality standards
- Prepare operational budgets, reports, and align production planning with sales and export demand
- Prior experience in avocado oil production preferred.
- If not available, experience in olive oil processing is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of cold-press / oil extraction machinery.
- Ability to manage production teams and shift operations.
- Technical and problem-solving mindset.
- Supervise daily production activities and production staff.
- Ensure machinery is operated efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production output, yields, and quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Report production metrics and issues to management.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
- Sound understanding of contracts and procurement.
- Ability to work closely with project managers and consultants.
- Experience in East African projects will be an added advantage.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for projects.
- Monitor project costs and manage variations.
- Evaluate contractor tenders and negotiate contracts.
- Certify contractor payments and manage cost reporting.
- Assist in feasibility studies and value engineering.
- Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven track record selling residential properties valued at USD 200,000+
- Extensive hands-on experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong experience in non-mortgage sales models (cash and installment structures)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams
- Established network within high-net-worth and premium client segments
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets
- Personally handle and close high-value residential property transactions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for premium real estate projects
- Build & maintain strong relationships with HNIs, clients, CEOS, business owners, and community leaders
- Structure & close bulk deals with investors, SACCOS, corporates, multinationals, and organized groups
- Align closely with marketing to ensure campaigns support revenue and pipeline growth
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal conversion performance
- 5-7+ years marketing experience, with at least 2 years in hospital, healthcare, or allied medical services (oncology experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing and developing a marketing team
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA/postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
- Strong digital marketing expertise (Google Ads, Meta platforms, analytics tools) and excellent content development skills
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and lead-tracking systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Develop and execute annual marketing and communications strategy aligned to hospital growth objectives
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and online reputation management
- Plan and deliver community outreach, screening programs, patient education campaigns, and awareness drives
- Build and manage referral networks including clinicians, private clinics, corporates, and insurance partners
- Oversee PR, media relations, crisis communications, and patient case studies
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate external vendors (agencies, media partners)
- Track and report KPIs including referral sources, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, campaign ROI, and traffic analytics
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the marketing team
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure medical accuracy and patient-centered communication
